Eligibility for Return:
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
Products that are used, washed, damaged, or altered are not eligible for return/refund.
Return Process:
Contact us via email/WhatsApp with your order ID and reason for return.
Our team will guide you on return pickup or courier instructions.
Once the item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed.
Refund Timelines:
Refunds will be initiated within 5–7 working days after we receive the returned item.
Refunds are credited back to the original mode of payment.
Cancellations:
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.
If cancelled after dispatch, the product must first be returned in original condition before refund is processed.
